In order to ensure that the Executive Committee are running the RAF Fencing Union in the way in which the members wish, an Annual General Meeting is held to discuss the running of the Union.
The main document the Executive Committee try to adhere to is the Management Plan, detailing what their objectives and goals are for each year.
